1.) Takes place immediately following this:
Moondancer out contemplating what to do on the far outskirts of town, bitter, angry, cold, alone. But to be fair, you probably should have checked the weather forecast before insulting your mother and storming out dramatically, dumbass

2.) Moondancer gets mistaken for a mare a lot and hit on by oblivious stallions, to his immense disdain. Some of them still stick around after learning he's male, which only annoys him further.

I named him Cuppa Joe and his special talent is probably writing newspaper reviews on coffee shops
he's definitely gonna get shot down by Moony tho, poor guy

3.) Eh I already posted this as a status update but I figured I'd post it here too. Happier times for young Moony. Mama Maudie and her widdle Marshmallow~
Moony's probably the only pony in the world that raptly listens to all her lectures on rocks
they do a lot of reading and baking rock cakes and making rock soup, Moony very much loves his rock mama

yes, Maud does still sometimes fondly refer to him as "Marshmallow" in the sweetest deadpan she can muster
she nicknamed him that after he used to chew on his pudgy soft white hooves a lot as a little baby
she would pretend to nom his hooves too (still deadpan), making baby Moony squeal with giggles
