Special talent: Stunt flying (especially for tricks involving fire), being pretty batshit crazy
Nickname(s): Jazz, Jazzy, The Flying Fireball

Personality/Background: Jasper is a born daredevil, and with her enormous, powerful dragon wings, there's no flight trick invented this pegasus can't do. Jazzy loves basking in adulation from the crowd and spends most of her time thinking up new stunts. Her favorite trick involves coating her scales in flammable gel before a stunt show, and then during a triple spin, igniting herself with her dragonfire. This has earned her the name "The Flying Fireball" by her fans. Spike is...not particularly enthused about his daughter's regular habit of setting herself on fire while doing 100 feet dives and barrel rolls, but Scootaloo thinks its pretty awesome. Jazz is (mostly) fireproof, after all.
    Outside of her flight shows, Jazz is always trying to live life to the extreme, plowing headlong into any endeavor, be it going on a magical quest or simply folding the laundry. She is not academically minded like her father, but clever enough, and with enough sass to match anybody in a comeback contest any day of the week. She was inspired into stunt flying by her mother, who supports her so fully that Spike often has to intervene to make sure the daredevil schemes the two of them cook up won't end with somepony exploding.

I like Jasper quite a lot, and I've had her design rattling around in my head for months. That mohawk thingy on her head is a dragon fin/frill, not hair. Me personally, I think the ScootaSpike ship is more plausible than Sparity. It's actually one of my favorite ships, but woefully underrated, much like Twicord. Sigh. Why can't I like the popular ships goddammit

I'm not sure if Jasper will become canon in Pandoraverse. Doing so would mean scrapping Wisteria, a character I've really grown fond of. Eh, we'll see

edit: please stop suggesting polyamory as a solution guys, no, it's either one ship or the other. I'm also not really feeling "Spike and Rarity divorce and Spike later hooks up with Scootaloo" or "Rarity dies, Spike later hooks up with Scootaloo", they don't feel like good storytelling IMO
