got a loooot of requests to post this lone panel from Mister Discord Part 2
The CMC do have their cutie marks by the time "Mister Discord" happens. I realized a liiiittle too late during coloring that Scootaloo's butt is too high in frame and her cutie mark should be at least partly visible. I left it out because I didn't want to distract from the story at hand. She does have one, and it's just as radical as she could have ever dreamed
The CMC are part time students at Twilight's school. Outside of that, Apple Bloom is an engineer/blacksmith/carpenter/jack of all trades and apprentices under Zecora, Sweetie Belle is a singer/occasional model for her sister's clothing line, and Scootaloo is an extreme daredevil with...very unique pegasi magic (aeromagi)
