2.) Cloudburst redesign?

Ohhhh Cloudburst/Misty/whoever. Your personality has eluded me for so long. Who are you really, besides a character foil to Ember Phoenix? It's time to make you less one-note.

Fiddled around with her colors. not sure I'm 100% settled on the blue, but it's a definite improvement over the muted rainbow, in that it's significantly less of a pain in the ass to color.

Cloudburst (Cloud, or Cloudy) is calm, cool, and collected, and typically perceived as the most mature and intelligent of the Rainbow siblings, by ponies who don't know to look a bit closer. On the inside, Cloud is a pint-sized, melodramatic little diva, and she feels her feelings hard. If she's in love, it's the greatest love to ever love! She has to write stacks of fluttery purple prose (or filthy erotica), paint sappy pictures, swoon and wax poetic by the moonlight! If she's depressed, she must lie face-down in a puddle of her own tears, gripped in the absolute worst sadness to ever sad. She can swing from one extreme to another about as quickly as Rainbow Dash can fly. Cloudy always speaks her mind, and while this can be a very positive quality.....Cloudy, it's really not polite to tell a new mom her baby looks like a boiled potato.

-Cloudy is confident as all hell. Why should she change herself for the world? The world better be damn ready for her. And she's a ridiculous flirt to boot-if she likes somepony, she has no problem tugging on their pant leg to tell them that she's into what they got it goin' on, hit her up sometime. She has a shameless crush on Bruce, who may have unknowingly starred in one or two of her smut fics.

-Cloudburst is still an artist, with a specialty in making ice sculptures~

-Cloudy's dwarfism means her wings are stunted. She can't fly so much as she can haphazardly flutter-flap like a chicken, but her wings can give her just the boost she needs to hop high enough to seize her siblings' ears when they're being stupid.

-Cloudy's best friends in the world are Vogue and Zee, whom she met at a gallery opening in Canterlot. Cloudy gels really well with fellow trash-queen-party-animal Zee, and she and Vogue are fashion rivals to the bitter end (Cloudy adores fur coats-but fake fur of course, can't upset Auntie Fluttershy!)

-Cloudy's birth alleviated a lot of the sibling tension between Stormy and Phoenix, because they both now had this teeny fuzzy bab to coo over together, and whenever they squabbled, all it took was a flash of Cloudy's big blue eyes and a wobble of her widdle lip and a "No fight! P'eas!" to get the big siblings to cool their jets. Even as an adult she'll play the "innocent baby sister" to guilt them out of bickering, and failing that, smack each one upside the head with a well-worded "Listen here you little shits-"

-Cloudburst and Phoenix actually get along really well. It's easy to get the impression that Cloud is the older sister, because Nix often comes to her for advice, and values her input more than anyone elses. Phoenix is often able to open up to Cloudburst like she can't with Stormy, because Stormy can be a bit too annoyingly idealistic and naive in his advice ("Just hold Vogue's hand, look her in the eyes, and speak from the heart!"), Cloud is more direct ("Have you tried not being a dumbass?"). Cloudy is totally unaffected by Phoenix's explosive temper ("Oh blow all the hot air you want, Nix. You're not intimidating anybody."), and is very skilled at calming her sister down. 

-Cloudy enjoys an easy relationship with her older brother (especially because Stormy is really indulgent with what he's willing to let his "baby sister" get away with). She considers him her artistic muse, and her latest exhibit, "284 Photos of Stormy brushing his teeth, preening, and flexing in the mirror when nopony is looking", did quite well on the indie art scene.
